Follow @dobbyssignature
Abacha Ncha Or African salad as it's known is a traditional meal which originates from the eastern part of Nigeria. No feast, festival or gathering is complete without this wonderful delicacy especially when its served with Fresh palm wine from the best palm wine taper.....My mouth is watering already :). Abacha is prepared from cassava which is boiled till it softens then shredded. The shredded cassava is then soaked overnight in cold water, washed thoroughly and then spread out in the sun to dry.

This is my special spaghetti recipe. In my own words, i'd call it a slam dunk cos it's easy to prepare and it also tastes really good. Making this dish is Just as easy as making fried rice, the only difference is there's no rice involved in the process. Jeez i'm famished!!! I need to take the pictures for this post before my food gets cold......check out the recipe below...

Veggie Chicken Gravy Sauce
Follow @dobbyssignature
This is a sauce i never get tired of making. It's a modernization of the normal plain gravy sauce . It's easy to prepare and it usually leaves the whole house with a wonderful aroma every single time. What makes this particular gravy recipe unique is the combination of colored vegetables added to it giving it that wonderfully unique aroma, color and taste. Whenever i make it, i usually thicken the sauce with starch made of either wheat flour or cornstarch/cornflour.
