Mushroom Noodle Soup

  
Hi dearies! 
So sorry for the break in transmission that occurred recently. I missed blogging so much that I had to reschedule the Technical work on this blog. To those Who missed me, thanks for checking up (I see you J ). Now today, I’d be giving you the recipe for my Simple noodle soup which I usually cook in a light mushroom broth. If you sometimes like your noodles watery like me, I’m sure you’d enjoy this dish. It’s very quick and easy to prepare.
•Serves         1
•Prep time:   5 minutes
•Cook time: 15 minutes
•Total time:  20 minutes
•Misc:           Serve Hot


Ingredients: 
•Mushrooms (I used Trio brand for this recipe) 

• 1 sachet Noodles 
• Garlic, Minced 
• ½ Medium sized red onion, diced 
• 1 tsp. Curry powder 
• 1 tsp. Vegetable Oil 
•2 cups Water 

Preparation 
1. In a small Pot, cook the Mushrooms with minced garlic and curry in water for about 5mins .

2. Add the Oil & noodles and Leave to cook for 5mins

3. Add the noodle Seasoning and diced onion then leave to simmer for another 5mins

4. Dish out and Serve

  5. waohhh Lovely but I have never tried mushrooms hope they are not quite rubbery??..might summon some courage to try it..
