How to Make Shredded fish stir-fry

Shredded fish stir fry is an easy fish recipe I make. Most times, I use it as a filling for Crepes (Thin Pancakes); other times, I use it as a side dish. Making this dish is pretty easy and any type of fish can be used but I prefer using Smoked Titus fish due to the unique flavor it gives to the meal and also since it’s readily available in the market. The only catch is, you have to make sure you hand pick the tiny bones from the fish – Once done, you are good to go.

Shredded fish Stir-Fry recipe
•Prep time:  15 minutes
•Cook time: 7 minutes
•Total time: 22 minutes

Ingredients

•1 medium sized smoked Titus fish
•½ Bulb Onions
•1 Small Bunch Spring onions
•1 large green pepper

•1 tsp. Curry Powder

•3 tbsp. Vegetable oil
•½ Seasoning Cube
•½ tsp. Salt

Directions

1. Wash and chop the Red onions, Green pepper & Spring onions; Set aside

2. Remove the skin & bones from the fish, gut, Wash and shred with your fingers; Set aside

3. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan; add the Vegetables, Curry powder, seasoning and Salt. Leave to fry for about 3 mins.

4. Add the shredded fish; stir fry for 4 minutes before turning off the burner

5. Serve as a Side Dish or Use as a filling for Pancakes
