Cow meat pepper soup

There are different types of pepper soup such as; Goat meat pepper soup with assorted beef, chicken pepper soup, Cow Head, leg or tail pepper soup  fish pepper soup, the list goes on and on. Now this Hot & Spicy delicacy is one enjoyed by most people as an appetizer. Some occasions and gatherings are not complete without this savory dish. It’s really popular especially in bars and restaurants were people go to hang out. For this particular recipe, I enjoyed mine with Agidi (Nigeria’s jello like meal)…..Yummy!

How to make Moringa Oleifera tea

Since I learned about the Amazing benefits of Moringa, it has become a part of my diet especially the tea (Moringa Oleifera tea) which I make easily in the mornings. I also add the fresh Moringa leaves to some of my salads , porridge and soups. Since I’m not trying to lose weight, I take the tea alongside other meals as a form of supplement & Luckily for me i get a fresh supply whenever i need it. A friend of mine who has been on the Moringa diet for a long time takes the tea or salad alone for weight loss and what I’ve seen so far has been like magic to me because she has indeed lost so much weight.

Moringa - The miracle tree

One of the beautiful things I love about Nigeria is the abundance of natural vegetation especially in the rural settings. It’s like what those in the rural areas lack in terms of luxuries and infrastructures, they gain with the abundance of natural resources which is limited to those in the urban settings.

Okra Soup With Black Fungus Mushrooms

Okra soup a.k.a "Draw soup" brings back sweet memories. Back in the days as a growing kid, I remember being taught to swallow morsels of Garri with Okra soup. Its slimy texture made it the perfect soup for any form of swallow and also the best soup to be played with....lol. In the North, it’s known as Miyan Kubewa. Most times i take mine with Agidigarri  or other forms of swallow but this time i decided to try it out with wheat and it was luvly. And yes! I ate with washed hands...;)

Mushroom Noodle Soup

Hi dearies!
So sorry for the break in transmission that occurred recently. I missed blogging so much that I had to reschedule the Technical work on this blog. To those Who missed me, thanks for checking up (I see you J ). Now today, I’d be giving you the recipe for my Simple noodle soup which I usually cook in a light mushroom broth. If you sometimes like your noodles watery like me, I’m sure you’d enjoy this dish. It’s very quick and easy to prepare.
