Peppered Crayfish Noodles

It's no longer news that noodles comes in handy everytime with both kids and adults especially during rush hours. With different methods of preparation, noodles could be termed a versatile dish. One of my favorite noodle recipes is the peppered crayfish noodles which slightly different from the basic noodle recipe you are used to. it's easy to make and takes less than 10 mins to prepare. How to make Peppered Crayfish Noodles
• Prep time:
  Nil
• Cook time: 10 mins
• Serves:       1

Ingredients:::
• 2 packs Noodles + the spice that comes with it
• 1 tbsp. Crayfish
• 1 tbsp. Pepper puree
• 2 cups water

Directions:::
Step 1: In a small pot, heat the water till it starts to boil. Add the noodles into the boiling water.


Step 2: Gently add the Pepper puree, Crayfish and Noodle spice. 


Step 3: Mix and leave to cook till it has minimal or no water left depending on your taste.


Step 4: Turn off the Burner and serve 
Peppered crayfish noodles garnished with hard boiled egg

    This is a really easy and tasty recipe. I just got back from church and decided to eat noodles this way. Although I added sausages to mine. It tastes so delicious and easy to cook. Yummy :)
