Mixed juice : Beetroot + Carrot + Pineapple + Coconut water

Hey guys! Have any of you tried making your own mixed fruit juice yet? If not, don't fail to bookmark this page because i'm about to share with you my recipe for this red looking juice. One good way of enjoying the benefits from a wide variety of fruits or vegetables that i might not enjoy eating whole is by juicing. Taking a glass of fresh juice in the morning (on an empty stomach and alone) 1-2 hours before a meal is not only refreshing but also healthy. So if you're looking to try something light and refreshing, don't fail to add this to the list. Beetroot on it's own is healthy (You could check out all you need to know about it HERE) but when combined with coconut water and other nourishing fruits like carrots and pineapple, it increases the health benefits you stand to gain. If you're a health fanatic, don't fail to try this out. For a different take, try AWG juice
