Minced meat sandwich with feta cheese

I really can't think of mince meat without thinking of sandwich, stew, meat pie or meatballs. It always seems to evoke some tasty memories for me. The fact that it can be made at home with raw meat is also a plus. Now when paired with feta cheese, it gives the sandwich an uplifting bump. Once you have these two ingredients ready, you can add anything else your imagination can come up with. If you do not have feta cheese, you are free to substitute that with wara. Minced meat sandwich with feta cheese is a great meal for breakfast and can also double as a snack.

• 3 cloves Garlic - minced
• 1/4 red Onion (optional)
• 1/4 cup Red bell pepper "tatashe"- chopped
• 1/4 cup Green bell pepper - chopped
• 250g Minced Meat
• 1/2 tsp. Thyme
• 1/2 tsp. Curry powder

Step 4: Place the pan on the burner once more and heat up. Add a teaspoon of butter and let it melt. Place the bread on the pan and grill till it turns brown. Flip over and let the other side grill also.

Remove from the pan and slice the sandwich into two. Serve!
