Mango Ice Cream -3 Ingredient, Eggless

The mixture of hot and cold weather has me in the mood for anything sweet. With the peak of Mango season in full gear, what other fruit would be perfect to satisfy that craving except mango ice cream. I love how simple and easy it is to make and guess what, i only used 3 ingredients for this.
Gone would be the days of getting store bought ice creams once you give this a try. For this recipe, i used two of my favorite mangoes currently in season namely; opioro mango a.k.a german mango and sherry mango. If you simply want a stronger mango flavor with extra sweetness and color, simply add more opioro. Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients:
1 Pint cooking cream 
1 cup sugar
2 mangoes

Instructions:

Directions:::
Step 1: The first step is to pour the cream into a mixing bowl and whisk till you notice semi stiff peaks form. 

Step 2: Gently add the sugar into the cream and keep whisking till everything is well combined. 

Step 3: Open up the mango and remove the skin. Place in a blender and puree. Pour into the cream and sugar mixture then gently whisk

Step 4: Pour the mixture into the freezer safe bowl or pan you intend using. Cover the pan with a lid, cling film or foil then place in the freezer. 

Step 5: Freeze the ice cream for at least 6 hrs or overnight. Enjoy!
