Honey Lime Glaze For Meat & Seafood

Recently, i came across a place where fresh raw honey is sold. When i mean raw, i mean straight from the honey comb with bees both dead and alive and all that. i must say, it's truly a beautiful sight to behold. Fresh honey is quite rare to find and with lots of adulterated versions around, it's quite difficult to pick the right one. Since i'm sucker for all things fresh from the source, this got me feeling so good. Apart from using in various dishes and desserts, i also love to use honey in grilling proteins. it gives it a truly distinct flavor especially when the heat touches the honey glazed protein and it caramelizes on top. Total bliss. Want to add a distinct taste to your grills, all you need is this glaze for that extra flavor.

•1 tbsp. spicy chili powder
•1 tbsp. honey
•1 lime juice
•2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
•Salt to taste

Step 1: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together

Step 2: Brush the glaze lightly over what you intend grilling. Enjoy!

    1. It could if you reduce the oil. More like pan grilling.
