Peri Peri (Piri Piri) Chicken

Bringing on the heat with this spicy chicken recipe. Now let me categorically state that this  chicken is extremely hot and not for the faint hearted. So if you love hot and spicy meals, you can continue reading.
PERI PERI or pili pili is a kiswahili (Swahili) word which means spicy or pepper chili. It's made by marinating chicken in the popular peri peri sauce before grilling. It's quite popular on most restaurant menus across the African continent. It's really easy to make and requires just few ingredients, including the sauce. It can be served with roast corn, chips or as a side with any meal.
Please Note: If the sauce mistakenly gets into your eyes while eating the chicken, just remove the eyes 😂....no need to wash
