Pito Drink (Asaana Drink)

Pito is a local beverage made from either fermented crushed corn (Usually the top clear liquid usually sieved out from Pap), Sorghum or a mixture of both mixed with caramelized sugar. It's known by different names such as Asaana in Ghana, Adoyo. It's usually made by small scale house hold producers and sold in calabash pots with lots of ice and chopped fruits.
